The AURIS-Glockenspiel tone bars, made by a special brass alloy that creates the amazing, celestial sound.
The tone bars are protected with a thin bees wax layer that allows you, as it wears off with the time and use, ?
to polish them as they gets darker. For this you use any regular metal polish. To avoid stains on the wood,
be careful so that the wood does not get polish residue on it. Protect with paper while polishing.
The wooden body is made is of maple wood.
The tone names are marked with letters on the tones. Auris marks them according to two different systems;
In English speaking countries the fifth tone is marked with a "B" (#KPB) and in many other european and
asian countries this tone is named "H" (#KPH), we therefore provide them in these two versions.
(The "B" and the "H" printed tones have exactly the same sound.)?
